Mid Lake Pool & Hot Tub (behind condo): Free with rental Memorial Day–Labor Day only. Closed after Labor Day until Memorial Day 2026.
Boulder Lake Club: Private facility with optional access for a fee. All lake access, from any point (including near the condo), requires going through the Club and paying admission.
Lake Club Summer Hours (through Labor Day):
• Sunday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Mon–Sat (August): 10 a.m.–7 p.m.
After Labor Day: Weekends only, 10 a.m.–4 p.m through Sept 15 (last day open).

Summary: Sharon the property manager was on spot! Very friendly and accommodating. The TV was a work in progress, there were 3 remotes and only one was useful. We had a rainy day that we needed the TV to entertain us. The condo was nice our view of the lake was blocked by the pool building. The neighbors were friendly and there was a nice walking path.
